But you should not think that I did everything without parsing.

– And what did you refuse?

– I, in fact, quite obedient, very firmly and consciously said No!, That's it – with an exclamation mark. The first time when the teacher in my dance studio, noting my flexibility and jump, advised to seriously do ballet. But at the same time she said that all other classes would have to leave! – Well, I do not! I didn't go to such a sacrifice, although I love to dance. So the ballerina did not come out of me.

The second no! It was no less decisive, and it was not spoken somewhere, but – do not be surprised, please! – on the Lenfilm . Once I was invited to samples. I was then the years, probably seven or eight. Not only had to wait long and bored with a grandmother in the long corridors of the studio, so also the director asked me to open the window and drive some boys who were hooligani in the yard. I climbed into the windowsill, carefully looked down – there were no boys in the yard. Such a lie adult was just offensive. He is not all right with his head?! – I got off the windowsill, quit, and, giving him a murderous look, left the room. It was instantly decided to go home and forget all these nonsense. The subsequent invitations for samples for other films were categorically rejected.

Although … a pronounced desire to be actress I never had. Why not become, for example, a diplomat, or even better – forester? I had a full zoo of plush animals and only one doll with which I did not play. In general, it remained only to find your own forest (laugh).

But the movie still happened – in the 65th year I was invited to shoot Gennady Poloka In his picture Republic of Skid . No one then could expect this film to become truly cult for my generation, and some young performers will become famous actors, such as, for example, Vitya Perevalov and Sasha Kavalerov – My good friends and after shooting. That year they switched from eleven to ten years, so twice as many schoolchildren were released at once. The competition for the theater institute jumped to almost a hundred people for one place. But what was the point of worrying about such insane numbers? “I won’t do it, so I’ll go to Moscow to study as a diplomat, they’ll definitely take it there,” I was sure.

– Yes, Blue Bird … The sea, the sun, the beaches, the blue sky, adventures, new acquaintances – sheer romance! In what was then Yugoslavia, ten pre-production days seemed like heaven!

I even, to the delight of the director, put on weight, he considered that for a Russian girl I was a little thin. So, by the beginning of work, we had to change the tailored suits, in a hurry, for ones that were not always suitable.

We, the younger participants in the filming, lived under the strict supervision of the attendants, wherever we went – to make-up, to the shooting, to the locker room, etc. Of course, it was possible to run off to sunbathe or to the city for a couple of hours, or to see a horror movie for the first time, “shoot” a cigarette, and order adult coffee in a cafe, to which they certainly brought a glass of ice water. It was amazing. Because of this magic glass, we felt like chosen beings, as if we were on another planet.

In addition, it was incredibly interesting to watch the work of such celebrities as Radmila Karaklaich , Boris Amarantov , Vitaly Doronin , Mikhail Ershov . Sometimes I could not believe that all this was happening to me.

– And you didn’t believe that you would have to jump from the mast either?

– Here in this, imagine, it was easy to believe. And I didn't have any particular fear. This is not the dome of the Smolny Cathedral! However, in reality, everything did not go quite as planned. At first, of course, they made a mannequin instead of me, but only in the first take he, or rather she! – drowned in the sea. So I had to jump myself, and several times. The sailors below could not keep the awning in the air, and every time they landed me on the deck.Not in vain speak, art requires victims – one big bruise I, of course, earned.

An earthquake can be added to the experienced emotions. Independent feeling – go through the swinging road. At night in the cottage, where we lived, sliding around the room of the bed, the roar of numerous legs running down the stairs to the street … The tightness was still that! Well, yes, scholarships have grabbed a couple of packets of dumplings a week and tea. God, what a luxury! I still remember their taste. But the dumplings after the institute I did not eat 30 years.

I have great respect for theater actors, but I still prefer cinema.

The first adult picture where I got the lead role was the film Criminal Investigator . If now in Russia they make films about corrupt policemen, then, in the 70s, they made films about ideal policemen. played the main character Yuri Solomin, and I was his alleged lover Zoya, a fashion model by profession.

The lesson, I must say, was quite unusual for those times, alas, they didn’t show me like that on the podium. In this picture, for the first time, I had to play serious feelings. How to do it? But you look at your partner’s nose like that and think … – it’s shiny, you should powder it … And on the screen, subtle feelings are formed (laughs). At that time, I did not imagine that fate would connect me with Germany. German accuracy and discipline, unfamiliar to us at that time, made themselves felt. From our “Well, we were late for a couple of minutes” there was no trace left. Filming flew, and after a working day there were no tired ones.

The nose of the training aircraft began to slowly descend, and I, stretching my neck, as a crowded, watched the Earth approaching. Hand on the lever!, – commanded the instructor, ironically smiling. I did not react to his persistent request to look at the devices. We landed well. But on my palm to the bones, the ribs of the control lever were imprinted. The feeling of flight is indescribable! And yet, since the 75th year, I do not fly, I'm afraid for some reason … And, often watching birds, I think: Do they understand what divine gift is owned?

Another major role could, from my point of view, be comedy – in the film Tikhonya But led the too correct appearance. Only lyrics required from my heroine.

But in this film I was lucky to play with Albert Filosov, He is my favorite partner – thin, lightly … And what kind of man! Thank you, Alik, for friendship until the last day, the kingdom you are heaven … The film was touching, such a love of two not very confident people …

– Yes, I panic! I love this picture! Initially L. Queinihidze I wanted to invite the White Arrows ensemble to the music numbers. Duet – I and guitarist A. Korovin – impressed him. But our graphics, unfortunately, did not coincide. So A. Collnikov appeared with his ensemble. Started rehearsals and recording of songs. Worked with pleasure. It was already harder on the shooting – no one taught us to drive a carriage and ride a horse. Yes, and the horses did not finish any acting universities. In the first shooting day in Peterhof My wagon broke on one barbell broke.

– She just became Zhenya Yang. In the 75th year, a young man approached me on the street in Leningrad, a German, who, like many then, recognized me on the series We are talking in Russian. It was Matthias Yang, student Leningrad Mountain Institute . He had a great musical education – he sang perfectly, played the guitar, composed music! It quickly turned out that we have a lot in common. Literally in the second meeting we decided to create a duet Zhenya and Matias (Gallery) who immediately aroused the interest of composers. Songs began to write for us, and we gladly performed at the concerts that organized Lenfilm, on the youth festivals.

– But, it seems, in your blond and blue-eyed Slavic appearance, you did not approve on one major role, calculating that you were too foreign for it?

Yes, it was an amazing story. Starting the film Moscow does not believe in tears , Vladimir Menshov called me to samples. Recorded to the main characters, but someone seemed to be absolutely not a Soviet woman. And this is just a few years after I played the purest Russian image in the Blue Bird!

In Berlin, everything continued, as if we were not left anywhere. Stand as monuments, in front of us and ask for a passport. Fifteen minutes called somewhere – they checked, but then they even apologized and asked to train somewhere out of here. We did not take into account at all that the street was parallel to the border – Berlin was then divided Wall . And our maneuvers there were anxiously aroused here: do not want doves to say goodbye to socialist Germany?

The tragic result could have another case. We performed under Magdeburg already in the real border zone. On all the participants in the concert there was one official pass – there we drove a column.

After the speech, our orchestra decided to stay, and we went to the car at home, of course, forgetting about this pass. The night, the wind, the rain is strong, and here three border guards jump out of the bushes, it's hard to pull us out of the car and put in front of the car. On all our explanations, that we performed, and the skip remained at the musicians, and they may immediately check, border guards did not react. They themselves were in a terrible panic, especially the commander. He called his superiors, said that two seconds were detained. Meanwhile, the tooth tooth has no longer falls, raised by the hands of numb. We wed up to the thread, trembled like aspen sheets. The commander forbade us to move and say, with our attempt, after all, something to explain something, he immediately gave the team to put the smile. And since he was practically insane (apparently, he was intoxicated by the feeling of self-esteem – how, the enemies caught!), Everything could very badly end. Suddenly hearing the noise of the car – it turned out to be some kind of high rank officer, which was driving just from our concert.

Rounded with delight to us and ordered her to lower the weapon. It was not here! The border guards does not listen to him, as the officer who came like a suit and not upon execution. So they did not lower the automata.So we stood trembling and wet under the sight, until the car came to pick us up in prison. Our promotion officer still managed to persuade the duty to let us go. This time, no one apologized for a terrible cold, angina, who did not have concerts and for the fear that we suffered for the rest of my life. Even now, I tell this story, and in the body of goosebumps …

But there were more pleasant journeys – we went to tour in Europe. Earned fees walked mainly for the purchase of first-class computers and musical instruments for the studio, which we discovered when we finished our concert activity. It was during this period that I finally appeared time to seem on film studio Defa And German television. But singing I stayed right so far. True, I'm not so often on the guitar.

From the 86th year, I again began to act, already in the German TV shows and art films, mastered the dubbing in German. – She always burst! I still do not know what kind of vacation. Even one more channel has opened – pedagogy. Perhaps my favorite. I taught and teach acting skills and stage speech in Berlin theater schools and give private lessons. Here I am on my students in all genres I am playing out!

How to start them to show how I see a role, I can not stop. And if seriously – I allow them to develop in any direction, let them go there and grow there … I myself managed to play a comedy role in the theater – the extended Baba Yaga gave me an indescribable feeling from the immediate response of the hall – laughter of German spectators.

I wanted to play a characteristic role even with a student bench, but right on the receiving exams. On the third round, I played a man, scene from Forty first . With such a conviction, with such a passion, and so funny read the compositions of the poetry that teachers and a pair of senior studs sitting in the hall, cried from laughter.But when interviewed, I was told that I keep my comedies away, although I played perfectly well, the appearance is not that.
